Summer camps in the USA have a long-standing tradition of providing a unique and positive environment in which children can develop. Campers benefit socially, emotionally and physically.

Over 10 million children attend over 10,000 camps in the USA each year. Summer Camps have been in existence for over a century and for the past 40 years the U.S government has operated a 'Cultural Exchange Program' which enables foreign nationals to spend their summer working at camp. This program brings a diverse international dimension to camp which adds to the overall experience for campers and staff alike.

Camp has become a source of fun, friendship and education for countless people from all over the world.

Camp Leaders works with the top camps in the USA to find suitable and rewarding camp jobs for foreign nationals, as part of the U.S. government's cultural exchange program.

All of our administrative staff have spent a number of years at camp themselves. We continue to gain fulfillment from visiting our recruits at camp and hearing their stories and excitement each and every summer.
