Camp Leaders want to look after those people who share our passion for summer camp. We do this by offering great service and very competitive fees.

If you are a returnee or direct placement your TOTAL fee to Camp Leaders is $395USD. There are NO additional fees paid to Camp Leaders by your camp, therefore you will receive your full contract from your camp with NO reductions paid to Camp Leaders. This is the cheapest way to return to camp.

The lowest returnee/direct placement rate still offers the full package and includes:

• 4 months medical insurance.
• DS 2019 form, which shows your eligibility for a J1 visa.
• SEVIS fee $35USD (US Government tracking fee).
• Constant support before you leave, whilst at camp and on your travels after camp.

The fees are as follows:

Fee paid by camp - If your camp chooses to pay your fees in full for you, the program fees will be US$395, which will be subtracted from your total pocket money at the end of the summer. (This option is just for Returnees)

Fee paid by participant - If your camp chooses to have you pay your own fees, the program fees will be US$395. Nothing will be subtracted (for program fees) from your total pocket money at the end of the summer. This amount is due from you within 30 days of your camp confirming your placement.

Split fees - If your camp chooses to split the program fees with you, the camp will pay US$195 and you will pay US$200. US$195 will be subtracted from your total pocket money at the end of the summer. The US$200 fee is due from you within 30 days of your camp confirming your placement.

Applications received after April 15, 2008 will incur a $50.00 shipping and handling fee.

This fee is to allow us to expedite the process late season applications and send the required visa forms express mail to ensure embassy appointments can be made in time to allow participants to arrive at camp as desired. This fee can be paid by the participant or by camp. This fee is non-refundable.
