Now Hiring: US Country Director

Smaller Earth is now accepting applications for the position of US Country Director. Our vision is to have a positive impact on the lives of 20 million people by 2020. The right person will be expected to manage the operational aspects of the US business, to mastermind the ambitious US expansion plans and further the purpose and vision of Smaller Earth. Knowledge and experience of working in the cultural exchange/travel industry, and summer camp would be an advantage.

US Office Grand Opening Event: Friday, December 16

This inaugural event will also kick off our “SEE BIG” series with leadership author and Forbes contributor, George Bradt. Bradt works with PrimeGenesis, an executive onboarding group that is focused on helping new leaders and their teams achieve in 100 days what would normally take six to twelve months to accomplish. His talk, “BRAVE Leadership,” illustrates five aspects that leaders should keep in mind when working to inspire and enable others, tying them together into a framework for leadership applicable to any leader at any level.
