DXTL Ambassadors

The ambassadors program provides an exciting chance to travel to America and instruct in the sport you are so passionate about. With soccer becoming a fast growing sport in the States, participants of the program are able to help children on American summer camps to gain a true appreciation for the game from the start. You'll be coaching the skills, tactics and sportsmanship which make up the game, whilst also getting involved in the everyday life of summer camp!

Before heading out to America, ambassadors of the program will be taken through a specially designed DXTL course. This scheme will help our ambassadors to coach on camp within the environment DXTL has created- one of mutual respect and tolerance. The course is run free of charge and will be provided during our pre-camp preparation meetings.

Who Can Take Part?

The Ambassadors program is set up for those people with football experience who would like to go out to America to instruct the kids in soccer. The program does not guarantee a place on camp as a soccer coach, but will often provide that little extra to help you stand out to camp directors.

Top Level Support

With support from the top levels of British football, the scheme has taken a wide effect on the sporting scene. Helping to spread the message of the DXTL campaign, supporters such as the English FA, the Premier League and football clubs such as Liverpool, Everton and Bolton, are raising the profile of the campaign and allowing more people involved in football to hear about the opportunities available to them.
