Camp Leaders National Team Information Sheet And Brief Job Description

Each Camp Leaders National Team is made up of experienced and skilled people who have already been to camp and have recognised the amazing experience that a summer at camp has to offer not just for the campers but also for the camp staff.

Members of the team act as area representatives for Camp Leaders by promoting the various camp programmes and screening/recruiting new participants.

The team is an essential part of the continued success and future development of Camp Leaders and as such we are only looking for enthusiastic, committed and well organised individuals who share with us the belief that camp is a place where people can develop their skills, make new friends and have fun.

The work is on a part time basis and will fit around your university or professional schedule. Full training will be given on the interviewing and recruitment process. You will be working closely with your regional managers and your head office, both of which are there to provide you with support and encouragement.

Becoming a national team member is a great way to stay involved in the camp industry and to earn some extra cash. It will give you the opportunity to join a team of like minded people who have also benefited from the camp experience and want to pass on the opportunity to others. The role will also help to enhance your C.V. and who knows it may lead to a career in the industry if that is what you would like.
Do you qualify?

1. Are you available between October and May for no more than a couple of hours per week to promote the programs in your local area (city or town or university campus) and to conduct screening interviews?
2. Have you been to camp and do you want to encourage others to benefit from the experience?
