Our Programs

As a camp specific organization, we have a variety of programs designed to offer support to American summer camps in each of their areas of need. We are passionate about the camping experience and the growth and development that it sparks both in the children who attend camp and the young adults who dedicate their summers to working with them. This passion, growth and development at camp, will always be our main focus. These are our motivations, driving our search for the best possible activity leaders and counselors year after year.

However, we also realize the importance of quality support workers to summer camps and make all efforts to find appropriate staff for these critical areas. Below is a summary of the programs we offer:

  • The 'Camp Leaders' Program

This includes senior camp positions, activity specialists, lifeguards, counselor positions providing pastoral care and general support for campers.

  • The 'Support Staff' Program

Including food service staff, administrative staff, maintenance and grounds staff. Participants on this program must be full time students in order to meet the requirements of the J-1 "Work Travel" visa.

  • The 'Direct Placement' Program

For counselors, leaders and other staff who have found their own placement at camp.

  • The 'Returnee' Program

For people who wish to return to the camp they were at previously. We accept returnees who previously used other international agencies' programs and also those who may be located outside of countries where we are currently recruiting.
