Refund Policy - UK 1st Timers
At interview a £50 deposit is required, on acceptance on the Camp Leaders program this becomes non refundable, if not accepted this will be refunded.
30 days after interview a payment of £100 is due, this becomes non refundable once DS2019 visa sponsorship is applied for or placement has begun.
On March 1st or at placement a payment of £129 is due, this is non refundable once plane tickets have been purchased by Camp Leaders In America Ltd.
After placement, if you fail to participate for any reason except bona fide illness, medical incapacity (as confirmed by a medical certificate and at Camp Leaders In America Ltd's discretion) all payments will be forfeit.

The £100 payment becomes non refundable once DS2019 visa sponsorship has been applied for.
The second £165 payment becomes non refundable once the participant has left the UK.
After placement, if you fail to participate for any reason except bona fide illness, medical incapacity (as confirmed by a medical certificate and at Camp Leaders In America Ltd's discretion) all payments will be forfeit.

The $180 payment becomes non refundable once DS2019 visa sponsorship has been applied for.
The second $270 payment becomes non refundable once the participant has left their home country.

On payment of £50 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will assist you in generating a suitable application to work at a children's summer camp in the USA.
On payment of £100 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will assist you in obtaining a J-1 U.S. visa by provision of the DS2019 form and give you information relating to your work in the camp/resort and your stay in the U.SA.
On payment of £129 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will arrange a return flight from the UK to the USA and send you full details about the arrangements made, Camp Leaders In America Ltd will arrange medical insurance for your 4 months stay in the USA and will provide support during your entire stay in the USA.
Delivery Policy - UK Returnees
On payment of £100 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will assist you in obtaining a J-1 U.S. visa by provision of the DS2019 form.
On payment of £165 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will arrange medical insurance for your 4 months stay in the USA and will provide support during your entire stay in the USA.
Delivery Policy - Non-UK Returnees
On payment of $180 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will assist you in obtaining a J-1 U.S. visa by provision of the DS2019 form.
On payment of $270 Camp Leaders In America Ltd will arrange medical insurance for your 4 months stay in the USA and will provide support during your entire stay in the USA.
