We know how awesome summer camp is and we want you to help us send more people for the best summers of their lives.

Duties and responsibilities

Every season we recruit thousands of individuals to work at camps in the USA. Once they join the program, each of these individuals must be thoroughly vetted and prepared for the experience they are embarking upon and this is done by our interviewers, through a face-face meeting.

Our interviewers are responsible for; coordinating and completing the interview; as well as following up with an interview report outlining the applicants' suitability for the program.

They'll then also support the participant through with their application, providing advice on amendments & improvements to help with their opportunity to be placed at a camp. This is why we need diligent, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team.

The role is part-time and can be fitted around your studies or other work. We provide full training in regards to the interview process, interviewing techniques and how best to support the participants assigned to you as they go through their journey to camp.

Our Interviewers are a friendly bunch who are a very important part of the Camp Leaders process.

We're looking for people who are friendly, passionate about summer camp and are able to get on with everyone.

The team is there to get the best out of people, to understand them and to help make their application shine.
