Duties and Responsibilities

The Global Operations Team provide support to the business units around the world; ensuring efficiency and consistency is at the heart of everything they do. We want participants and clients to have a successful, smooth customer journey with us and the ops team ensure that everyone who comes through Smaller Earth gets the best service possible.

  • Technically minded, the team liaise with key partners in order to educate staff on technical program developments, new processes and integration of CRM modules.
  • You’ll be processing participant applications with a high degree of

  • You will collect and manage logistical travel information
  • Identifying errors and spotting issues will be an important aspect of the role
  • You’ll check over and maintain existing program processes, suggesting
  • Refinements where necessary
  • Part of your work will focus on quality control and ensuring consistencies
  • General administration tasks will occur throughout the placement
  • You will be running reports and collecting statistical information from
  • Global country offices

  • You’ll be computer literate with experience of using CRM systems and Excel
  • You will have travel experience and ideally have visited the USA
  • A conscientious attitude is key for this role; you’ll be working to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy in your work

  • You’re a quick learner who is operationally minded
