Changing your flight home
You may decide that you want to stay longer, or maybe cut your travel period short. You may be able to do this, but it will depend on airline availability. If you have booked your flights yourself then you need to contact the airline directly to make the change.
Participants with a flight booked by Camp Leaders should login to Check My Trip and go to 'Additional Remarks' for instructions on how to request a date change. Please note:
- The airport you are scheduled to leave the USA from cannot be changed
- All date changes will incur a charge
- If you change your flight plans and stay longer you must extend your insurance.
It may be obvious, but check your itinerary so that you know which airport you are flying home from and what date you depart (don't get confused with the date you arrive home as you may have an overnight flight!). Plan your after-camp travels so that you are at the airport in plenty of time for your flight home.
If we have booked your flights for you then you can view your details through Check My Trip, using the reservation number (six letter/number code) found in the 'Travel and Flights' section of your Camp Leaders account.
