Who you gonna call

Contacting Camp Leaders

We’re always on hand to help, no matter where you are on your journey and no matter where you are in the world.

Depending on where you are there are different numbers you can use, helping us be in the same time zone.

If you have an emergency please contact us straight away, no matter what time it is, we're listening.

Before flying to the States

If you have a general question before you head to the states then we’d say that emailing your customer service team or giving us a call is the best way to reach us.

We’re also always on social, so if you are following us you’ll be able to send us a message there too.

In the States

Once you've landed in the states, if you need to contact us, the Camp Leaders U.S team are on hand. This is because they’re in the same time zone and you, so will be able to react immediately.

They’ll also relay all messages to your home country office too, so if we need to get a message home quickly we can.

In an emergency

Our helpline number is free from a landline:
1- 866 - 803 - 7643

From May 1st until September 21st you can contact our US office 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, if:

  • You have been fired
  • You have a legal emergency
  • There has been an emergency at home
  • You are involved in a medical emergency

Try not to call outside office hours for questions which can wait until the next business day. As the office staff need to be free to deal with any phone calls which need immediate attention. This number is for emergencies only.

If a problem occurs, resist the temptation to immediately phone your parents. We’re on hand to help and are also in the same time zone. We have years of experience and will be able to reach mum and dad to keep them in the loop.
