The Directors’ Fairs are a great opportunity for camps to hire incredible participants face-to-face alongside the unparalleled experience of traveling with Camp Leaders. Please note, the fairs fill up quickly! We will strike out locations as they fill up, but please register early!

What you need to know
We've made some changes to our fairs this year.
Our goal is to return to our roots and deliver an intimate fair experience for our camps and participants.
Flight credits and surcharge waivers
Instead of a flight credit, participation on fairs will make your camp eligible for our new credit program! By participating in fairs, your camp becomes eligible for a credit based on your hiring with Camp Leaders throughout the entire season. You'll receive $200 on your Camp Leaders account for every 10 hires. This includes first-timers, direct placements, and returnees. Although we will no longer be waiving extra rep fees or single room surcharges, we hope you will benefit from this exciting new credit incentive.
To hold your spot on the fair, there will be a booth fee of $150 per fair. This will be payable by credit card or check after your complete your registration. If you hire 7 or more participants on a fair, your booth registration fee will be refunded back to your Camp Leaders account. Double booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but may be limited based on fair demand.
Camp Leaders will provide hotel for the night before the fair and night of the fair. Camps may upgrade to a single room for $80 per night. When possible, Camp Leaders will provide a booking code for each hotel if your travel plans require additional nights.
Travel between fairs
Camps are responsible for their arrival to their first destination and for their departure from the last location. Camp Leaders is responsible for travel between consecutive fairs. Please remember if your plans change to let us know. We will be unable to refund the cost of airfare after November 15.
We encourage you to bring along a local helper to each fair. If you'd like to travel with another colleague from the states, camp can have an extra rep for $150 per day, which includes a double occupancy hotel room. The extra rep can upgrade to a single room for an additional $80 per night. There will be a $150 flat-rate transportation charge between consecutive locations for camps with an extra representative. Any unannounced second representative will be subject to full cost of hotel room, based on availability. Please submit all information for a second representative by November 15th to lock in the flat rate travel!
Due to space limitations, please limit the number of helpers in your booth to 3. If you have two reps on a fair, you can have one additional helper. Please schedule your staff reunions for after the fair!
No show - cancellation within 30 days
We understand plans change. Please cancel within 30 days of travel to receive refund for cost of hotel. If your itinerary requires airfare booked by Camp Leaders, we will need your cancellation by November 15. Please note, once airline tickets are booked, we cannot change the name on the ticket.
