London Job Fair Itinerary
Hotel check in & check out: Check in is available from 3 pm onwards. If London will be your final stop, check out time is 11:00 am. Please order a taxi at the reception desk.
Friday, 17th January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in London, make your way to the Job Fair venue. If this is your first stop, the hotel's luggage room is available upon your arrival until you can check in to your room.
3:00 pm onwards: Check in to your room & free time.
7:00-8:30 pm: Drinks reception & snacks in the hotel at The Luggage Room Bar.
Saturday, 18th January:
7:00-9:00 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
9:00 am: Setup for camps begins in the ballroom.
10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Job Fair in the Westminster Ballroom.
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Free time or optional sightseeing (if you are staying in London).
Personal itinerary: From here, your schedule will depend on whether you're staying in London, or moving on to Budapest or Dublin. If you're travelling to another Fair, please check out from your room at 11:00 am and leave your bags in the hotel's luggage room.

Staying in London:
6:30 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby for group dinner.
7:00 pm: Dinner as a group.
Sunday, 11:00 am: Check out of the hotel.
3:00 pm: Meet in hotel lobby if you are travelling to Budapest.
3:15 pm: Travel to London Heathrow via Paddington.
6:25 pm: Flight to Budapest (BA 870).
2:45 pm: Meet in hotel lobby if you are travelling to Dublin.
3:00 pm: Travel to London Gatwick by coach.
7:55 pm: Flight to Dublin (FR 143).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners or drink receptions. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service. Thank you for your understanding.
