We’re seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our German team, either at our Rheda office or through remote work in Germany. You'll be an individual who understands the German student market and is passionate about travel.

€21,000 (dependent on experience)

  • You understand sales, and are target driven and self-motivated. You know it’s about connection and motivating people to move forward by sharing your experience and passion for summer camp or travel.

  • You are a passionate person who understands how travel can impact peoples’ lives.

  • You are a planner and a finisher, you think ahead to avoid potential problems and meet deadlines.

  • You are positive and can keep yourself motivated whilst managing a heavy workload.

  • You have the ability to keep going when others don’t, to keep searching for those people who will be positively impacted by our programs.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and a quick turnaround of work won’t phase you.

  • You are a team player, committed to supporting others on your team.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for converting our German registrations from our website into participants in our programs

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • You will adjust sales messaging throughout the season and constantly evolve the sales flow in order to target our key audience in Germany

  • You will contact our leads through a variety of mediums in order to complete an initial vetting and secure their commitment to our programs

  • The role is highly customer-facing, most of your time will be spent communicating with applicants over the phone and through email and/or WhatsApp

  • You will track your individual week to week progress against targets

  • You will be required to complete short vetting interviews with the applicants you bring into the program

  • You will increase brand awareness and gather leads for our program/s on the ground by coordinating university events in Germany

  • You will occasionally create content for our social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok)

  • You may be required to assist in other areas of the business occasionally

The essentials
  • Excellent German communication skills with fluent English

  • You have previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally, a sales role

  • You have an understanding of the German student market/demographic

  • You have participated in a summer camp or alternate J1 experience, or have spent time working/travelling in a country outside of your home country

  • You have travelled to or lived in Germany and are familiar with its geography
