We’re based in a Grade I listed building on Liverpool’s historic Albert Dock.
With a work hard play hard ethos, we’re proud to work in such an inspiring workspace including a breakfast bar, ping pong table and amazing views at every window.
We’ve created a relaxed and edgy workspace which has open planned desk areas, quiet spaces, themed meeting rooms and communal over-sized bean bag zones, giving everyone a space to work and enjoy.
Our team
For us, it starts with the staff. Smaller Earth’s team of 140 are the driving force. We love travel, we live and breathe it.
Our team is made of top travel experts and adventure aficionados, making us a pretty exciting bunch to be around.
We understand the power of travel and have each been inspired in our own lives, making us want to do the same for others.

Our purpose is to inspire people to go further, and our international offices are filled with staff who do just that.
We now have 15 offices all around the world, we’ve sent over 50,000 people on life-changing adventures and will continue to do so because to us, there’s nothing more important than making the world a better and more understanding place.
