Sales Advisor

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Camp Leaders UK team as a Sales Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for people interested in spending their summer working in the USA, providing them with an introduction to the program, sharing detailed information, and booking them in for their initial interviews to get them started with their application.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Engage with people who register online and inspire them to begin their Camp Leaders journey through calls, emails, whatsapp and livechat.
  
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and conversion.
  
• Conduct a high volume of calls and emails to guide prospective participants through the initial steps.
  
• Adapt your sales style to suit different audiences and adjust your messaging accordingly for seasonal changes.
  
• Work closely with the marketing, tech, and placement teams to ensure a seamless participant journey.
  
• Occasionally contribute to other parts of the business, including recruitment events or marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

‍

• You’ve participated in a summer camp or a similar cultural exchange experience.
  
• You have some experience in a sales or customer service role, whether through a job, volunteering, or leadership roles.
  
• Ideally, you’ve worked with a CRM system and towards performance targets, but it’s not essential.
