In this entry-level role, you’ll support and inspire participants as they navigate their application journey to work at summer camps in the USA. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, this could be your ideal next step. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the motivation to manage and process hundreds of applications efficiently, all while keeping participant experience at the heart of what you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support participants from deposit to departure using our CRM system.
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat. This is a highly customer-facing role.
  • Ensure interview reports meet high-quality standards.
  • Follow internal processing guidelines to move applicants smoothly through each stage.
  • Educate participants on key steps, including hiring fairs, placement opportunities, visas, insurance, and preparation sessions.
  • Proactively follow up on missing documents, payments and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of the program.
  • Adapt messaging and support strategies throughout the season to reflect deadlines and program updates as needed.
  • Track your weekly performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Occasionally, provide support to other areas of the business as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ve participated in a summer camp or a similar cultural exchange experience.
  • You have some experience in a sales or customer service role, whether through a job or voluntary work.
  • Ideally, you’ve worked with a CRM system, but it’s not essential.
