Are you passionate about summer camp and love helping others succeed? We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Camp Leaders UK team as a Customer Support Advisor.
In this entry-level role, you’ll support and inspire participants as they navigate their application journey to work at summer camps in the USA. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, this could be your ideal next step. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the motivation to manage and process hundreds of applications efficiently, all while keeping participant experience at the heart of what you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support participants from deposit to departure using our CRM system.
- Communicate with applicants via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat. This is a highly customer-facing role.
- Ensure interview reports meet high-quality standards.
- Follow internal processing guidelines to move applicants smoothly through each stage.
- Educate participants on key steps, including hiring fairs, placement opportunities, visas, insurance, and preparation sessions.
- Proactively follow up on missing documents, payments and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of the program.
- Adapt messaging and support strategies throughout the season to reflect deadlines and program updates as needed.
- Track your weekly performance against KPIs and targets.
- Occasionally, provide support to other areas of the business as needed.
