If you’ve had treatment or taken regular medication in the past 36 months, your insurance won’t cover that condition. You must extend coverage if you stay longer and should consider separate insurance for pre-existing conditions. Contact your local office for guidance.

Your insurance must cover you from departure to return. Work-related injuries are covered by your camp’s Workers Compensation, while all other issues fall under your Camp Leaders medical insurance. Use DialCare for minor issues (free), and urgent care or clinics for non-emergencies. Always carry your insurance card, and check MyInsurance for details. Contact GBG Assist and Camp Leaders before visiting the ER.

Your Camp Leaders program includes 90 days of insurance. If you stay longer, extend it via MyInsurance before traveling. Unpaid days mean no coverage. Always match insurance dates to your travel plans.
