Arriving at camp can be intense, so take time to settle in, get involved, and look after your wellbeing. You’ll receive training for your role and camp policies. Follow all camp rules; especially around alcohol, drugs, and child protection, as violations can lead to dismissal or legal action. Use your time off to recharge and reach out if you need support.

If you’re struggling at camp, reach out to camp staff or Camp Leaders’ 24/7 support. Leaving early can have serious consequences, including financial costs and losing your 30-day travel window. Always contact the Camp Leaders US office first; they’ll guide and support you through the next steps.
