Black Friday Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is Smaller Earth Group and its Camp Leaders brands (“Camp Leaders”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Black Friday promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from Monday 24 to Friday 28 November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2. We reserve the right to amend the Promotion Period, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for reasons outside our reasonable control.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

(a) are resident in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden (together, the “Eligible Countries”); and
(b) apply to participate on a Camp Leaders first time counselor program for the 2025/2026 season and pay a deposit during the Promotion Period.

3.2. Participants must meet all standard eligibility criteria and programme requirements set out in the relevant Camp Leaders programme agreement.

3.3. Participants who have withdrawn or are withdrawn from the Camp Leaders 2025/2026 programme at any time before the prize is awarded will not qualify for the Giveaway (as defined below).

3.4. Employees, contractors, and agents of Smaller Earth Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

4. Discounted Deposit Offer

4.1. During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who apply to any Camp Leaders programme for the 2025/2026 season will be able to pay a discounted deposit (the “Discounted Deposit Offer”) as follows:

(a) United Kingdom participants: Deposit reduced from £49 to £25.
(b) Participants in Euro-operating Eligible Countries: Deposit reduced from €49 to €25.

4.2. The deposit forms part of the overall programme fees and is not a separate fee. The discount applies only to the Camp Leaders programme deposit and does not apply to any third-party or external costs.

4.3. Third-party costs are not included in the offer and may include, but are not limited to: flights, visas, medical checks, insurance, criminal background checks, and any other third-party fees or services.

4.4. All other regular refund policies, timelines and terms and conditions related to the relevant programme agreement remain unchanged and continue to apply.

4.5. Where a participant is entitled to a refund under our standard refund policy, only the amount of the deposit actually paid (i.e. the discounted amount) will be refunded, in accordance with the applicable programme terms and conditions.

5. Black Friday Giveaway

5.1. In addition to the Discounted Deposit Offer, all eligible participants who have paid their deposit for any Camp Leaders programme for the 2025/2026 season during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Black Friday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).

5.2. The Giveaway will consist of one prize draw per day from Monday to Friday during the Promotion Period (each a “Daily Draw”).

5.3. Only participants from the Eligible Countries listed in clause 3.1 who have paid their deposit and not withdrawn from the programme at the time of the relevant Daily Draw will be eligible to be selected as winners.

5.4. A participant who has entered a Daily Draw and not won will automatically be included in the next Daily Draw during the Promotion Period, provided they remain eligible under these Terms and Conditions.

5.5. Entry is limited to one entry per person for the Promotion, regardless of the number of applications/programmes or deposits paid.

6. Prizes

6.1. Winners of each Daily Draw (each a “Winner”) will receive a digital gift card provided by Giftogram (giftogram.com) (the “Prize”).

6.2. The specific value and/or nature of the Prize for each Daily Draw will be communicated on the @campleadersofficial Instagram account and/or via other official Camp Leaders communication channels.

6.3. All Prizes are subject to Giftogram’s own third-party terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Camp Leaders is not responsible for any acts or omissions of Giftogram or any merchants that accept the gift cards.

6.4. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.

6.5. We reserve the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

7.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants in each Daily Draw using a fair selection method (for example, a random number generator).

7.2. Winners will be:

(a) announced on the @campleadersofficial Instagram story each day during the Promotion Period at or around 5:00pm (UK time); and
(b) contacted individually by email using the email address associated with their Camp Leaders application.

7.3. Prizes (Giftogram gift cards) will be sent to Winners by email from giftogram.com during the week following the end of the Promotion Period.

7.4. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details (including email address) are correct and up to date.

7.5. If a Winner:

(a) does not respond to our email notification within 14 days;
(b) cannot be contacted;
(c) is found to be ineligible; or
(d) declines the Prize,

then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw the Prize and/or select an alternative Winner from the remaining eligible participants.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1. Personal data provided in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8.2. We will use participants’ personal data for the purposes of:

(a) administering the Promotion and Giveaway;
(b) contacting Winners; and
(c) fulfilling Prizes.

9. General

9.1. By participating in the Promotion and/or Giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the relevant Camp Leaders programme agreement.

9.2. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the programme agreement may result in disqualification from the Promotion and/or forfeiture of any Prize awarded.

9.3. We are not responsible for:

(a) any technical issues, network failures or other problems that may affect entry into the Giveaway;
(b) any emails or notifications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received; or
(c) any issues with Giftogram or merchants that accept Giftogram gift cards.

9.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to participants in connection with the Promotion and Giveaway is limited to the value of the Prize awarded to that participant, and we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage.

9.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
