Camp Leaders Hiring Fair Giveaway 2026/27: Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

1.1The Camp Leaders Hiring Fair Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Smaller Earth Limited (company no. 03859099), registered at 17 Mann Island, Liverpool, England, L3 1BP, under the Camp Leaders brand (the "Promoter", "we", "us").

1.2By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enter.

2. Eligibility

2.1The Giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over who attends a Camp Leaders in-person hiring fair in London or Manchester during the 2026/27 recruitment season and holds a Camp Leaders Application ID.

2.2Employees of Smaller Earth Group, their immediate families, participating camp staff and anyone involved in running the Giveaway cannot enter.

2.3Entry is free. No purchase, deposit or program payment is required to enter or win, and entering has no effect on your application or camp placement.

2.4We may ask for proof of age, identity or attendance before awarding a prize.

3. How to Enter

3.1To enter, take a photo with Andy the Bear at a Camp Leaders in-person hiring fair, then submit it through the official entry form, reached by scanning the QR code on the hiring fair checklist or via the Camp Leaders website.

3.2Each entry must include your full name, email address and Camp Leaders Application ID, plus the hiring fair you attended.

3.3One entry per person per hiring fair. Duplicate entries will only count once.

3.4Photos must be taken at the hiring fair you are entering for and must show Andy the Bear. Screenshots, watermarked images and images generated or materially altered using artificial intelligence (AI) tools are not accepted. Basic edits such as cropping, filters and colour correction are fine.

3.5Photos must not contain anything offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or likely to damage the reputation of Camp Leaders or Smaller Earth Group. We may reject any entry that breaks these terms.

4. Entry Period

4.1The Giveaway runs separately at each of the following hiring fairs:

4.2Entries received after the closing time for that fair will not be counted.

4.3We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete, including because of technical issues with the form, your device or your internet connection.

5. The Prize

5.1One winner will be chosen from each hiring fair listed in section 4. Each winner receives one £100 Giftogram gift card or the local currency equivalent.

5.2The gift card is delivered digitally to the winner's email address and is subject to Giftogram's own terms, including any expiry date.

5.3The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1Within 7 days of entries closing for each fair, one winner will be picked at random from all valid entries for that fair.

6.2Winners will be contacted by email using the address on their entry. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, we may pick another winner at random.

6.3Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.4We may share the winner's first name, hiring fair and winning photo on Camp Leaders channels. You can request the winners' names by emailing marketing@campleaders.com within 28 days of the relevant fair's closing date.

7. Use of Your Photo in Marketing

7.1By entering, you confirm that the photo is your own, that you own it or have permission to submit it, and that it does not break anyone else's rights.

7.2By entering, you grant Smaller Earth Limited and the brands of Smaller Earth Group (including Camp Leaders) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, publish and share your photo in any media. This includes our websites, social media channels, paid advertising, email marketing, printed materials, merchandise, event materials and presentations. This applies whether or not you win.

7.3You agree that we may show your first name and the hiring fair you attended alongside your photo. We will not publish your surname, email address or Application ID.

7.4If anyone else can be identified in your photo, you confirm that they have agreed to the photo being entered and used as set out in this section.

7.5You will not receive any payment, credit or further notice when your photo is used.

7.6You can ask us to stop using your photo at any time by emailing marketing@campleaders.com. We will remove it from our own channels and stop using it in new materials within a reasonable time. We cannot recall printed materials already distributed or content already shared by third parties.

8. Data Protection

8.1We will use your personal data to run the Giveaway, contact winners, deliver prizes and use your photo as described in section 7, in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

8.2We will not share your personal data with third parties, except where needed to run the Giveaway or deliver the prize (for example, Giftogram).

9. Liability

9.1We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury connected with entering the Giveaway or using the prize, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9.2We are not responsible for any issues with redeeming the gift card once it has been delivered.

10. General

10.1We may change, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, or these terms, at any time if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. Any changes will be posted on this page.

10.2We may disqualify any entrant who we reasonably believe has broken these terms or tried to enter dishonestly.

10.3The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, TikTok, Meta or Fillout.

10.4These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
