Camp Leaders offers full support from start to finish, including 24/7 on-the-ground support from our team in the USA.
The Camp Leaders program is for people who:
- Are at least 18 years old by June 1st.
- Are willing to work with children.
- Can speak English fluently.
- Have a clean criminal background.
- Are available to work in America between May-August.
How the holiday gift works
1. Sign up on the gift form.
2. Make a payment towards your recipient's Camp Leaders program fee.
3. We'll email you your e-card. You'll also receive a receipt for your payment.
4. Print out or forward your e-card to the recipient when you exchange gifts.
5. They can activate their gift by booking in a call with a Camp Leaders team member. If we don't hear anything, we'll call them.
When you register for the Camp Leaders holiday gift, we'll ask for the email that the recipient used to sign up for Camp Leaders.
Don't create a profile for them. They'll need to sign up for Camp Leaders on their own, and we'll get in touch to handle the rest. Your recipient can activate their gift by booking in a phone call with the Camp Leaders team.
You can choose to cover the £49 deposit, the first or second instalments, or the full £599 flights included program fee.
It's your gift, so you choose how much you'll cover.
1. £49 deposit

*3rd party fees are not included, as they are not paid to Camp Leaders.
Important:
Camp Leaders is a fully supported summer program. To be eligible for the American J1 visa required for the Camp Leaders program, certain conditions must be met. As such, Camp Leaders reserves the right to accept or reject participants at our discretion. If the recipient is not accepted on to the Camp Leaders program for any reason, we'll refund your program fees in full. After acceptance onto the Camp Leaders program, the refund policy and terms & conditions are as per our regular program agreement.
