Application Process

Your Camp Leaders interview is required by U.S. visa rules and helps ensure you're a good fit for camp. It lasts about 30 minutes and can be in person or online. If you're not accepted, your fees will be refunded and you'll receive feedback and support.

Once you're “Ready to Hire,” camps can view your profile. Status updates show if you're being reviewed, confirmed, or placed. A showcase video boosts your chances, and you're welcome to reach out to camps reviewing you. It’s normal to go on and off review, so don’t worry. Always take interview opportunities seriously; they’re your best way to get a feel for the camp.

You'll find all required documents and deadlines in your Camp Leaders profile. Upload PDFs or JPEGs under 2MB. Only specialists need to upload certificates. A valid police check is mandatory for all, and your camp will send your contract once placed.

Camp Leaders costs vary by country, with global instalment plans available. There’s a 14-day refund window, with added flexibility before your first interview. Refunds may be affected if you decline a suitable placement. Payment plans are flexible, and pay depends on your role and experience.
