We’re on the lookout for a bright, creative, and enthusiastic individual to take the lead on our digital communications channels.

Our participant support is second to none - you'll lead the way in establishing and maintaining high-level communications to our core audience of 18-25 year olds.

Your work will span across multiple departments, brands, and mediums - so you'll need to be outgoing and willing to engage and work well with different people.

Fixed term (12 months) with potential for a permanent position to follow based upon success of the role.

Skills & responsibilities

What you bring:
  • A bright, outgoing, & enthusiastic personality.

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • An ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • An ability to work across a wide range of brands, projects, and mediums.
  • Computer skills (preferably Mac) & any other technology skills that may be relevant.
  • Some experience in HTML, e-mail, & content management systems.
  • A desire for self-development & a flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities:
  • Populating our knowledge base, bespoke database, and e-mail management system with content which guides our participants through their program.
  • Ensuring that our programs and processes are clearly and concisely explained.
  • Understanding the platforms we use, identifying how to best engage with our participants, & optimizing platform features.
  • Using analytics to identify potential articles and content we can create to best serve our participants.
  • Maintaining any previous content you've created, ensuring it is current and relevant.
  • Working alongside customer service, operations, and marketing teams, gaining insight into their needs & individual processes.

Top-notch communication skills are essential.
