Third party fees are exactly the same no matter which company you go with. We always like to be open and honest when it comes to costs involved. No additional surprises.
- Flights - Outbouund and return flights to the USA, varies dependent on cost
- Visa Application Fee - $160 USD payable to the US Embassy

Step 1 - Login
Welcome.
If you’ve registered with us before, log in. All your information will carry over and you’ll have your new jazzy application to complete.
If you haven’t registered before, no problem, start a new application, let us know and one of our team will take it from there.
Step 2 - Filll in your profile
To get everything going you need to fill in your profile. Book your first call for more information here.
We’d recommend doing this as soon as you can as Visa paperwork is limited and we don’t want you to miss out.
Step 3 - The Contract
Uploading your contract is an important step in the application. We need this before we can start getting your visa paperwork sorted.
It’s best to let your Camp Directors know asap. The sooner you can get that very special contract to us, the better.
Step 4 - Your visa
Adding a visa to your passport is all part of the fun.
We’ll help get your visa paperwork sorted and will order that all important DS-2019.
You’ll still need to head to the embassy as they like to issue it all in person.
Step 5 - Your flight
Heading to camp is great, you know where you’re going so you’ll be able to get the best deals early on. Wahoo.
Please note - the embassy recommends waiting to book your flight until you have your visa back. Just in case.
