If you are calling from a landline, our US office telephone number is a toll free number and there is no cost.
Business hours: 9am - 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. During the month of June, the office is open 7 days a week.
Out of Office Hours
This same number will connect you to an answering service. Participants should listen to the welcome message and press 0 to be connected to our answering service.
Please make sure to leave your full name, name of camp or program and the phone number you can be reached at. A representative from the Camp Leaders US office will then contact you.
In an Emergency
Contact the Camp Leaders USA office for any of these situations:
- Travel difficulties
- You have been fired
- You have a legal emergency
- There has been an emergency at home
- You are involved in a medical emergency
- You have gone to the emergency room
- You have concerns that need to be addressed prior to the next business day
