Budapest Job Fair Itinerary
Accommodation and Job Fair will both be held at:

Transport: Pick-up is provided at the airport for those arriving from the London Job Fair. Once you've made it through baggage claim, look for the Camp Leaders Group sign at the airport lobby.
If Budapest is your first stop, there are 3 main transport options to the hotel.
Option 1: Hilton Budapest airport pick-up service (fee applies) – advance booking required at +36 1 889 6622 or firstname.lastname@example.org giving arrival date, time and flight number.
Option 2: Taxi - Upon arrival, you'll find the booth for the official airport taxi service to the left outside the door. The fare is around 7000 HUF (30 USD). They accept credit card. When departing, order a taxi at the reception desk.
Option 3: Public transportation - Take public bus 100E to Deak Ferenc square then change to public bus 9 to Nyugati Railway Station. The hotel is in walking distance (around 1-2 minutes) from there. The fare is around 5 USD. When departing,
Hotel check in & check out: Check in is available from 4 pm onwards. If Budapest will be your final stop, check out time is 12:00 pm. Please order a taxi at the reception desk.
Saturday, 18th January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in Budapest, make your way to the hotel and Job Fair venue. The hotel's luggage room is available until you can check in to your room.
4:00 pm onwards: Check in to your room.
9:55 pm: Flight from London Job Fair lands.
As most attendees for this Fair will be arriving from London in the evening, there is no set itinerary for the day. Please feel free to settle in and explore the city for the evening, and join us for an optional drink reception at the hotel bar from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Sunday, 19th January:
6:30 am - 10:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
10:30 am: Job Fair setup on level M.
11:00 am - 3:00 pm: Job Fair. (self-service business lunch served from 1:00 pm in the room).
3:00 pm - 6:30 pm Free Time. This is a good time to arrange a meeting with your returners.
6:30 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll head out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
7:00 pm: Dinner as a group. Venue TBD. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
Monday, 20th January:
6:30 am - 9:00am: Breakfast in the hotel.
9:15 am: Meet at the lobby for the group who travel to Prague.
9:40 am: Train to Prague.
11:15 am: Meet at the lobby for the group who travel to Bratislava
11:40 am: Train to Bratislava.
Please email email@example.com if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners or drink receptions. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service.
