Dublin Job Fair Itinerary
Pick-up is provided at the airport for those arriving from the London Job Fair. If Dublin is your first stop, we recommend taking a taxi from the airport.
Transport: Taxi between the airport and hotel should take around 30 minutes and cost roughly €30. Taxis will accept credit cards. You can also choose to take public transport if you wish. Be aware that taxi services are heavily regulated in Dublin, so ride sharing services like Uber are not available. However, several Dublin taxi companies have similar apps for download.
Hotel check in & check out: Check in is available from 3 pm onwards. If you're traveling onward to the Job Fairs in Bratislava or Prague, transport is provided. A Camp Leaders representative will travel with you to the airport. If Dublin will be your final stop, check out time is 11:00 am. Please order a taxi at the reception desk.
Saturday, 18th January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in Dublin, make your way to the Job Fair venue. If this is your first stop, the hotel's luggage room is available upon your arrival until you can check in to your room.
3:00 pm onwards: Check in to your room.
9:20 pm: Flight from London Job Fair lands.
As most attendees for this Fair will be arriving from London in the evening, there is no set itinerary for the day. Please feel free to settle in and explore the city for the evening.
Sunday, 19th January:
6:00 am - 9:30 pm: Breakfast in the hotel.
10:00 am: Job Fair setup.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm: Job Fair
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Free time.
6:00 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll head out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
6:30 pm: Dinner as a group. Venue TBD. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
9:00 pm: Optional social time or head back to the hotel.
Monday, 20th January:
6:00 am - 10:00 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00 am: Check out of the hotel.
Departure: If you're traveling onward to the Job Fairs in Bratislava or Prague, transport is provided. A Camp Leaders representative will travel with you to the airport.
Please email email@example.com if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners or drink receptions. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service. Thank you for your understanding.
