Edinburgh Job Fair Itinerary
Accommodation and Job Fair will both be held at:

Transport: If you're arriving into Edinburgh via train, the hotel and fair venue is located right next to Edinburgh Waverley Station. We will walk there upon arrival.
Taxi between the airport and hotel should take about 35 minutes and cost around £20-25. Taxis generally accept credit cards. You can also choose to take public transport if you wish.
Hotel check in & check out: Check in is available from 3pm onwards. If Edinburgh will be your final stop, check out time is 11:00 am. Please order a taxi at the reception desk.
Saturday, 25th January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in Edinburgh, make your way to the Job Fair venue. The hotel's luggage room is available upon your arrival until you can check in to your room.
3:00 pm onwards: Check in to your room & free time.
7:38 pm: Train from Manchester Job Fair arrives.
8:30 pm: Feel free to join us at the hotel bar for a drink reception.
As most attendees for this Fair will be arriving from Manchester in the evening, there is no set itinerary until the evening reception. Please feel free to settle in and explore the city.
Sunday, 26th January:
7:00-9:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
10:00 am: Job Fair setup.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm: Job Fair.
2:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Free time or optional sightseeing.
6:00 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll head out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
6:30 pm: Dinner as a group. Venue TBD. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
Monday, 27th January:
6:00 am - 10:00 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00 am: Check out of the hotel.
Please email email@example.com if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners or drink receptions. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service. Thank you for your understanding.
