Melbourne Job Fair Itinerary

Transport: Taxi between the airport and hotel should take about 40-45 minutes and cost around AU$80-85. When departing, if you wish to take public transport, take any tram from Queen Victoria Market to Bourke street, and change here to tram 86 or 96 to Southern Cross station. The ride is free. Then take the Sky Bus from Southern Cross station to the Airport. The Sky Bus costs AU$19.50.
Hotel check in & check out: Check in is available from 3 pm onwards. If Melbourne will be your final stop, check out time is 11:00 am. Please order a taxi at the reception desk.
Thursday, 9th January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in Melbourne, we'll head to the hotel and Job Fair venue. If this is your first stop, feel free to check in from 3pm.
7:40 pm: Arrive at Melbourne Airport, transport to hotel.
8:30 pm: Check in to the Jasper Hotel.
9:00 pm: Optional social time.
Friday, 10th January:
6:00 am - 9:30 pm: Breakfast in the hotel.
10:00 am - 2:30 pm: Job Fair (working lunch will be served from 12:30 pm).
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Free time.
4:00 pm: Meet at hotel lobby for drinks or sightseeing.
5:00 pm: Feel free to join us at the hotel bar for drinks or head out to see the sights.
6:30 pm: Dinner as a group. Venue TBD. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
9:00 pm: Optional social time or head back to hotel.
Saturday, 11th January:
6:00 am - 9:30 pm Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00 am: Check out.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners or drink receptions. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service. Thank you for your understanding.
