Warsaw Job Fair Itinerary
Accommodation and Job Fair will be held at:
Accommodation: Novotel Warszawa Centrum (Address: ul. Marszałkowska 94/98, Warszawa)
Fair Venue: PGE National Stadium (Address: Poniatowskiego 1, Warszawa)
Transport: Pick-up is provided for those arriving from another Fair. If Warsaw is your first stop, you can take a taxi or a train between the airport and the city center.
Taxi between the airport and hotel should take about 20 minutes and cost around $20 USD. You can find a taxi right outside the airport terminal. If you'd rather take the train, you can purchase a ticket at the kiosk or news stand for around $2 USD. The closest stop to the hotel is Warszawa Srodmiescie, but you can also get off at Warszawa Centralna Station. Depending on your location, the walk will be between 5-10 minutes to the hotel - look for a yellow skyscraper with a Novotel sign on it.
When departing, we will organize group transport for those moving on to the Manchester Job Fair (departure time TBD). If you are not heading to Manchester, the Camp Leaders office staff will help you to order a taxi to the airport for specified time.
Hotel check in: Check in is available from 2 pm onwards.
Wednesday, 22nd January:
Arrivals: Upon arrival in Warsaw, make your way to the hotel. If this is your first stop, the hotel's luggage room is available upon your arrival until you can check in to your room.
2:00 pm onwards: Check in to your room.
6:30 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll head out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
7:00 pm: Dinner as a group at Soul Kitchen. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
Thursday, 23rd January:
6:00 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
9:15 am: Transfer to the conference center for the Job Fair.
10:00 am - 3:00 pm: Job Fair.
3:30 pm Transfer back to the hotel.
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm Free Time. This is a good time to arrange a meeting with your returners.
5:30 pm: Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll head out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
6:00 pm: Dinner as a group at Bazyliszek. (Note: Camp Directors MUST RSVP, so we can make a booking for the appropriate group size.)
Friday, 24th January:
6:00 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
Departure times: TBD. See Transport for more information.
Please email fairs@campleaders.com if you can't make it to any scheduled group dinners. If you're organising your own dinner with friends or returners, we need to know so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to host your returning staff members at our group dinners. This is due to the fact that reservations have been made in advance, and restaurants have a limit on the size of the group in order to be able to provide us with the most effective service. Thank you for your understanding.

Sightseeing: If you are interested in visiting Warsaw, please contact Pawel as some tours might be organized. If you are planning on visiting Warsaw by yourself, the Polin Museum, Warsaw Upraising Museum, and Old Town are worth visiting.
